Happy at Front Desk was friendly and welcoming happy made the stay but the room had hole and stain on 2nd bed, tv didnt work,and lights were unplugged

Horrible Do Not Stay Here Awful. Jumping black bugs on the beds. Smelled horrible. Could not get a new room (but didn't want to stay anyway) and the front desk could not print a refund. Said I needed to contact the third party which has been a nightmare. Do not stay here. Horrible experience after a celebration of life in the Kemah area after my mom's passing.

Room keys opened other doors DO NOT STAY HERE! The reports of rooms being nasty and not cleaned are all correct. The biggest thing though, was that the room keys OPEN OTHER ROOMS. I stayed here with family, and all of our keys opened rooms that did not belong to us. This is a HUGE safety issue. The manager, who is mentioned in many reviews (the indian man with the bad comb over) said "it was impossible" even when we showed him. He did not say anything when the problem was presented and proven to him right in front of him. I don't even need to mention that this "manager" mocked me for asking for a clean room (mine had hair all over the bathroom, food on the floor, and used q tips and trash in the corner. It was clear the room was not even vacuumed before I checked in.) He mocked me to my face and also to my brother when he checked in later (your sister found a TINY piece of chicken in her room and made a big deal." Sir, NO CHICKEN IN MY ROOM IN ACCEPTABLE. ) I'm not sure if this is a known scam and that's why he ignored us, or if this place is truly so poorly run that they are not aware of it. I'm here to let you know these issues are real and ongoing. Do not stay here if you value your safety.

Nasty hotel The manager’s behavior was intolerable. Our sheets had brown stains all over them and we asked for them to be changed and he said no. We asked for a manager and he said he was it. He was India nationality with a come over & curls at the end. We asked for another manager and he said call 911. If we do not like it we can check out, my son also killed a coach roach in the bathroom. DO NOT STAY HERE. We had three separate rooms booked and every one of them was unclean & gross.

Don’t Stay Here Unsafe environment, the noise and the in and out traffic was the worst experience. I complained and my concerns wasn’t address properly.
