Not clean! This property is going downhill and there seems to be no interest in maintaining it. In a 48 hour stay, the trash cans in the hallways and common areas were never emptied, the carpet was stained and worn, there was trash on the floor of the atrium that appeared to have been there for a long time. I saw no cleaning staff at any time. There was a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door when I checked in, and a beer bottle top on the floor near the bed. The tile in the pool looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The only positive thing I can think of to say is that the bed was comfortable.

NO SWIMMING POOL AS ASDVERTISED AND PICTURED!!!!!! This hotel advertises that they have a swimming pool and that was one of the main reasons we chose it. We traveled to Indiana for a family wedding and came into town a couple days early in order to have a "mini" vacation. Once we arrived at the hotel, we were extremely disappointed to find that the pool remained close (totally covered as if it was still winterized) and I was informed by the front desk that "he" isn't going to open the pool at all. I'm not sure who "he" is, but am guessing that it's the owner/manager of the hotel. FALSE ADVERTISING is unacceptable. Also, when I booked the hotel, it was through a "3rd party" so once I asked to add my CHOICE REWARDS number in order to get credit for the stay, they told me that I wasn't eligible because it was booked through a 3rd party. I don't understand the difference this should make since they were paid for my stay regardless, and not by my employer, but by ME!

Trip to Fayetteville for Purdue graduation Huge kudos for Katie at front desk when we checked in. Kept calm and collected as she discovered there were no room keys in the back and she had to get a manager to bring some as the lobby filled up. BUT, the rest of the stay was delightful. Nice clean room, comfortable bed, close to so much! Breakfast was good, coffee flowed all the time. Cookies in the afternoon/evening.

Roaches!! It wasn’t too bad but after a long day of touring Purdue I did not feel like sleeping with two roaches in the room and a lipstick stain on the sheets. Long story short, we moved hotels that night. The pool was pretty but it wasn’t enough to make me stay. At one point we asked for a different room and the front desk person gave us a room key that already had people in it, so we gave up and just left. I don’t regret leaving.
