My last stay at this property until major changes take place. Wow, a hotel that I've stayed at so many times over the years, has now gone to the dogs. I actually feel bad writing this review, but my hope is that someone at Hilton will read this and take action. I will keep this short. 1. bathroom toilet filled up with water and poop from the previous guest. Still in the toilet! (unbelievable-I took pictures). Had to have Maintanence come and plunge the toilet. The Maintanence guy did apologize for the "mess!" 2. No toilet tissue. (were they not planning to rent the room out?) 3. Defective thermostat not working. Room freezing and AC will not turn off. (Maintanence came back and had to fix the problem at the HVAC unit itself. 4. No bath towels. Only small wash cloths. After calling the front desk, housekeeping brought towels and toilet tissue. 5. Overall unclean, dusty and worn out room. There was trash in one of the cans I guess from a previous guest. I didn't complain. I was just tired and vowed never to return again. And yes, I too am a Lifetime Diamond member. So sad.

Would not recommend The bad reviews in the comments are true! This hotel has seen better days. Elevator was hot and janky!! Would NOT recommend! Didn’t feel safe at night parking. Not the cleanest room. AC didn’t work well. Breakfast was not your average doubletree breakfast.

Best to look for an alternative. This place is not it, cold, unqualified staff. Chaotic. Just pick one of the neighboring hotels, certainly not up to the doubletree standards. Would highly recommend upper management to revisit this place and figure out a way to avoid for it to slip any lower as far as sentiment and guest churn rate goes.

Keep looking, would not recommend There’s no way they’re cleaning these rooms well. Candy, medication, food and some unknown substance on the carpet. I honestly didn’t want to take my shoes off. Pictures tell the story we’ll. Just nasty. A picture is worth a thousand words.

Do not stay here My wheels and tires were stolen off my car 20 feet from Their front door and they literally could not have cared less. They wouldn’t even pull the surveillance cameras for the police. Obviously not a safe area, the hotel next door had a car sitting in their parking lot on blocks also, the same morning.
