Great stay! I want to give this hotel more than five stars my friend and I checked in on July 28 and left on July 1. The hotel is so clean the girls in the front desk and I wish I knew their names were awesome. No one gave us an attitude, I definitely would go back to this hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The shuttle bus to the airport was great! I highly recommend if you don’t wanna pay high prices at the Fancy hotels. This is the one to go to shout out to the front desk, girls that were so cool and made us feel at home.

Great stay, bad shuttle service. Great stay at the Hotel. Shuttle service was not very convenient, it use to run as need for pickup and drop-off but now only on the hours. We waited 35 minutes and then went out on time and still waited another 35 minutes before taking a cab. Shuttle never did show !!

Best Western McCarran worst Horrible experience Rude nasty staff as well the caliber of people that stay at the Best Western McCarran. 5am breakfast was pack with nasty people trying to get something for free. Lol the breakfast was poor at best. Horrible vibe the whole time there. Location is literally on the end of the McCarran airport lol. At check in I stated I wanted to cancel the rest of my days there only to be threatened with 200 dollar penalty. Lol penalty for being mislead by the hotel that's charged you 489 for 3 Horrible days in the worst hotel in Vegas. It's basically four brick walls with airplane, garbage trucks at 6am Sundays and rude people. This place ruined my trip as well .

Stay here and save your money for the attractions of Las Vegas!!! This was a convenient place for my wife and I to stay, as it was literally next door to the airport and wow were able to use the free hotel shuttle upon arriving in LasVegas and departing a few days later. The included breakfast selections were more than I usually see, and the staff here were all quite friendly. The only down side was the elevator in the building stopped working within an hour of our arrival, so we had to climb up and down the stairs for the rest of our trip. Luckily, we were only on the third floor. We would stay here again, no question!
