WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE This is the WORST Customer Service hotel I have ever dealt with. This hotel's customer service had me for over 45 minutes on the phone when I just needed them to correct my email address. They inputted the incorrect address by a digit and they refused to make that change since they added my email to another person. After 6 Customers Service including Supervisors and 45 minutes they would not change the email address. I have to leave with my email address on someone's else account because of their incompetency. This hotel has to be better.

Welcome to the 80's I have driven by this hotel many times while in the area on business but have never stayed: this time I did based purely on location. It is right off the highway in a built up area: restaurants and shopping a short walk away although it was a little tough with all the current construction. There is lots of parking when you arrive as well. The lobby is large, inviting but dated: the entire property is dated as other posters have mentioned. There is a small / bar restaurant off the lobby which resembled something from the eighties. My room was also fine, but dated. Old furniture, worn bed, a phone (again, straight from the eighties) and a small bathroom. Everything worked and the hotel was quiet but the single pane window let in a lot of exterior noise. Air conditioner was rather loud as well. Not a bad place to stay, but certainly not worth the price paid.

Good location, good cookies Pros: hotel location, friendliness of staff, gluten free cookies at check in, ample parking, clean and soft bed, large room, bathroom amenities, good value for price Cons: water pressure constantly changed in the shower, heard noise in the hall all night and I wasn’t near the elevator, could hear the neighbors alarms in the morning, towels were covered in fuzz, fan in the room kept making a loud clicking noise

Overpriced Stayed here for my daughter’s dance competition. Room prices greatly inflated, over $16 for breakfast (rooms $300 a night and breakfast not included). No microwaves in rooms and pool time must be reserved ahead of time. Our room was clean. The heater was noisy and the room temp difficult to adjust.

Rip Off Hotel-wise, it is Ok. Nothing great, nothing horrible. I had to stay here because there was a problem with the hotel that I had scheduled. Doubletree's website lists the hotel at $199 a night (without tax), I was charged $299 a night (without tax). Hotel was barely worth $199, definitely not worth $299 a night. This is not Boston. They also want $20 a person for breakfast after over charging for a room. Would not stay here again and it sours me on the whole brand. I will stick to Marriot's.
