Disgusting Our room had a lot of mold and cockroaches. Staff was extremely rude about it. Management refused to reimburse us for the night. They claim they would give us some points on our Hilton account which was never done. They claimed they were not allowed to give me my money back for the room because I had prepaid so there was nothing they could do. So gross and so disgusting. And the fact that they don't care makes it even worse

Disappointed. Call to make sure amenities are working if you plan to use them! Disappointed in their management. We were surprised to find out at check-in that the pool area hot tub wasn't working but there was no notice of that online. There was just a sign on the front desk. Then we found that the pool was cold and the treadmill was also not working. My husband and I rarely get a relaxing, romantic night away and were looking forward to using all the amenities but couldn't. I expressed our disappointment to 2 managers and said that we understand things don't always work, but we would have had the opportunity to look for a place elsewhere if we had simply known in advance. One manager didn't reply, and the other told me that I could have just cancelled my reservation when we arrived (no, we couldn't - we had all our bags, we were exhausted and we wanted the suite that we had reserved). I requested a partial refund but that was ignored. So their message was this: not knowing that their amenities weren't working in advance was our fault. However, many hotels put on their website what amenities aren't currently working but this hotel doesn't, and nothing is mentioned in emails confirming your reservation. So if you stay here (and especially if you book online like I did as a Hilton Honors member), be sure to call and ask if things are working, because if you don't and are disappointed, they'll put the blame on you.

Unfortunately, not the expected Stayed 4 nights... mixed feelings and want to be fair. I'll start with the positives...clean, friendly & helpful staff, quiet surroundings. However, it needs updating/renovating. Older so...heater in room loud and noisy, curtains broken on one side of window, needs some new caulking around tub... A group of hockey tournament kids stayed and ran up and down the halls LATE into the night...hard to sleep. In fairness, the staff did try to "catch" them to no avail. This was not their fault. Housekeeping cleaned the room well but only changed one bed, and both were being used! I was looking forward to clean sheets....disappointing. I'm just used to a better experience at Hampton Inns. I may be too picky, so if you want clean and friendly staff and great location , quiet away from the hubbub... this is fine.

Do not Stay here, horrible staff Made a simple request for a late check out as we would be cutting it close to 11-Noon. Morning desk person advised he would ask Manager and advise. Never heard back and assume all was good. My wife who has a broken leg using knee scooter was called after 11 and threaten in a intimating tone that she must be out by noon or we would be charged. I would gladly pay but it was the harassing tone and they said i was a liar and had not followed up. So call your best 20+yr former diamond customer a liar and kick them out when they just need a few minutes extra. The worst ever.
