Decent Stay I booked this particular Extended Stay because it was in a central spot to everywhere my family and I were traveling to. There are also some great restaurants and family friendly activity places in the immediate area that was great to stop by to relax at. This was the only Extended Stay in the entire area (as far as I was aware) that offered two queen beds in the room instead of others that offered a room with a king bed and a pull out couch. Parking was also free and there was a large amount of spots, so I was always able to find one even if we came back late. Overall, my family and I did enjoy our stay. The only main issues we ran into was that there wasn't always someone at the front desk. When I arrived to check in, my husband and I waited almost 15 to 20 minutes for someone to walk out. They only did because another person staying at the hotel happened to find an employee and tell them we were waiting at the front desk! The employee was super nice but I was disappointed that I had no way of finding/contacting someone to get checked in right away. Another disappointment we ran into was the lack of choices for breakfast. I know at one point, Extended Stays weren't offering a full breakfast because of COVID but no where on the website does the hotel say it's a limited breakfast. They only offered granola bars and oatmeal for food and coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for drinks. The last thing I noticed that was disappointing was the countertop in the bathroom was broken/at a slight downward slant. We were still able to utilize the counter in there but because of how broken it looked, we never knew if it would further break or fall at any moment.

BEWARE!!!! This hotel is a DUMP BEWARE!!! Hotel is a dump! No hallway ceiling/exposed wires. Yellow "Stop Work" order sign on the front door. Surprise $100 "damage deposit " upon check in. Room smelled like vomit. We stayed elsewhere. Mgr refused to refund, even the $100

Horrible. Run. Sleep in the park- you'd be safer. We were in town for a dance competition, initially I booked 2 nights. I cancelled the second night well before the deadline for making modifications. Checked in and was told it was never noted and I need to call an 800 number. I tried to do this but was not successful, I kept getting transferred and disconnected. The fire alarm went off multiple times. We went out for a bit then came back and the alarm had finally stopped. The room wasn't exactly disgusting but was not clean either. The tv stand was held together with duct tape ,finger prints on everything, food still in the microwave, "wrappers" under the bed. I paid for 2 queen beds- there was only one but the sofa was a pullout. Not what we wanted or what I thought I paid for but the other family said it was ok and none of us wanted to venture back to the lobby. There were no blankets and not enough pillows or towels. It's pet friendly which is good, however nobody bothers to clean up after them. Dog pee in the elevator (At least I HOPE it was from a dog and not a human) feces all over the parking lot. If management is going to allow pets knowing the owners won't clean up- they should consider hiring staff to clean them or just simply no longer allow pets. There were dogs barking all night long, people fighting and one of the neighbors had someone knock on their door every 10 minutes. ALL NIGHT LONG. The next day we loaded the car up and I drove around to check out. One of the other guests tried to sell me drugs in the lobby.. I again asked for a refund on the second night but was told it was complicated- at that point we just wanted to leave as we had young kids with us and did not feel safe at all. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the manager (Kate maybe) was really nice and it appeared she was doing her best. My daughter left something behind after we checked out and Kate brought us up the room to retrieve it. Kate- if you're reading this- you're awesome and deserve a much better job.

Clean hotel, good for short business stays Nice hotel for the price. The room was clean when I arrived, with sheets/towels/etc. all prepared as nicely as you would want. The concierge on my first night, Jesus, was very helpful. Contrary to some reviews I've read the hot water in the shower does actually work, you just have to crank the handle really far. Main issue was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms--lots of families stay here and the one in the adjoining room to mine had a toddler or small child who shrieked for no less than 12 hours a day (I counted).
