Never fails us We choose this Comfort Suites every time we have to travel through the Nashville area. It's clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is always so nice. We love the newly upgraded rooms and lobby and appreciate the 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate. It's a treat to stay here.

Reluctant to allow service dogs When checking in the lady asked what my service dogs task was and I told her then she tried to acquire more info about my disability when I declined she was very rude with me and the rest of the staff has been giving me dirty looks and has been steady asking what room I’m in. They have made me feel very unwelcome here

Poor The beds you need a stool to get in them, especially if you are handicapped. We were in a handicap room. Not mat in bathtub so a person could fall in the slick tub. Karen at the front desk was very rude, has no patience with customers.

Huge room! The rooms at the Comfort Suites are indeed suites... large and spacious. Our main complaint was the room itself was poorly lighted, although the bathroom was bright. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The suites are nice. We like to rent a suite cause it gives more space, and you dont feel like you have to sit in your bed the whole stay. It's a perfect location for anything you could want to eat, and if you forget something from home, walmart is right down the street.
