Helpful Staff, Comfy Room & Beautiful Lobby The staff was so helpful and went out of their way to make sure had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was always hot and ready in the morning. The lobby was beautiful with local accents in the artwork (local buildings) and chandeliers (Ball jars).

Perfect overnight Great example of a wonderful Hampton Inn. We were greeted and thanked for our loyalty as well as given waters and snacks upon arrival, which is the first Hampton Inn of many stays to actually do that for us. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, room was spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Always a pleasant experience Staying here for business trips the staff has been very accommodating. The rooms have always been clean with comfortable beds and pillows. With what looks like a recent remodel to the hotel, the lobby, rooms and conference rooms have a very fresh look

Kind, Courteous, and Clean Muncie Hampton Inn is always a go to for our family that comes from out of town to visit. Always kind, courteous, and clean. Rooms are always tight and clean, and the staff goes above and beyond expectations. They have never disappointed. Thanks for always being a solid place our family can stay!

Great for family out of Town visit multiple days Hampton is and has been for many years, been our go to for family visiting from out of town. Friendly staff and conveniently located. The recent remodeling was top class as well. Comfortable rooms and the morning breakfast area to start the day.
