Beware Medical Service Dogs Unwelcome I travel with a trained Medical Service Dog. Hotel staff refused to allow me into the breakfast line with my service dog. I told them federal law states Service Dogs must be allowed in all public areas including buffets and where food is being served. They told me their hotel policy is no service animals where food is being served and I could Not access breakfast with my Service Dog. Therefore I couldn’t eat the breakfast included with my room price. I called their Customer Service Line who refused to help and told me to file an ADA Federal Civil Rights Complaint against the company.

Amazing Gage from Muncie is amazing and so helpful!!! So nice and so professional! He helped us when we need some help. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back! He always had a smile when you enter the lobby! Not knowing the address he helped us order pizza for dinner.

Solar eclipse stay The front desk staff, Felicia and Kim, were welcoming and helpful. Gave us tips about Muncie that were enhanced our experience. Even though the hotel was packed with solar eclipse viewers, the breakfast buffet was maintained well and the housekeeping staff were efficient. We would stay there again next time in Muncie.

Highly recommended place to stay. We visit Muncie quite often, to see family and friends. Our stats vary from a weekend to two weeks. Our preferred hotel is the Holiday Inn Express. The management and whole staff is amazing! The cleanliness is throughout the hotel, from the halls, to the pool and lobby. The dining area is kept maintained and the breakfast was great. It’s a very safe place to stay. It’s located close to Ball State University and conveniently across from Walmart and near various restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Muncie, Indiana.
