Beautiful hotel, questionable location The hotel is beautiful and modern. The amenities and the food were great. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location is questionable. Did not feel safe especially in the evening, I guess that is what you get for staying near the station.

Hotel OK, neighborhood sketchy. Reception staff friendly and welcoming, however the reception desk didn’t install confidence that I was going to have a pleasant stay. The reception desk was held together by strips of cellotape. One of the two elevators in the hotel was out of order for my entire two day stay. The room was clean and comfortable the only real issue was constant road noise and police sirens going off on a very regular basis. I went to the rooftop restaurant to check out the menu, quite a limited offering to be found. I decided not to dine as the menu seemed quite pretentious for my tastes. However I did have breakfast once and there was a good selection for the continental breakfast. The main issue for me was that the neighbourhood didn’t seem safe , the surrounding area was awash with undesirable characters. The neighborhood also seemed neglected and was filthy. Please my photo which was taken just outside the hotel.

Great location, good facilities, friendly/helpful staff. We loved staying here. Great location, next to central train station so access to the whole area was easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby and the hotel has one of them. Very nice food with a great panoramic view. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, especially Sergei who was brilliant on our departure.

Amazing place to stay in The hotel was amazing located near the train station and the room was so good in size and clean luxury room with balcony the staff were nice and helpful i will not forget Sergio and how he helped me in my situation with transportation to the other area I am sure if i will come back to Napoli i will stay again in this hotel

Never again...you were warned.. Single rooms are all located on the city square side of hotel. Loud noise and honking horns ALL NIGHT LONG! No sleep at all. Breakfast had all cold food, except for milks which were all warm. Staff didn't care, came back hour later, nothing done except supposedly hot food was non-existent. Only 2 elevators for 6 floors and 1 didn't work for entire 4 days I stayed. Front desk knew, just didn't care...like Breakfast staff. DONT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD HOTEL.
