Not your typical Holiday Inn The room smells awful. Stained dirty carpet. Dried up Bodily fluids on side of bed. Blood stained bedding. They did refund one nights stay. If you are looking for a typical holiday inn, you will be disappointed. We were moved to 3 different rooms before we found one that was suitable. We were told that they are renovating soon.

Absolutely Disgusting This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever encountered. When we checked in and got to our room, there was an overpowering mold/mildew smell. The ceiling and walls of the bathroom were covered in black mold. The front desk got us switched to a new room, which didn't have the mold, but had bugs. I killed quite a few bugs in our room while we were there. The carpet was horribly stained, and trim pieces were coming off the walls. The ceiling had visible water damage. The beds were uncomfortable. Had we been in a more flexible situation, we would have just left and found somewhere else to stay. They are working on a renovation it appears, but unless that renovation involves knocking down the building and starting over, I'd look elsewhere.

Short Trip to Plymouth! Comfortable stay! Warm, informative, and courteous greeting! The staff was friendly and helpful. Our guest room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. Convenient location right on the main road. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone spending time in Plymouth.

Family Wedding In The Ares We have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express locations over the years - even this one a fee years back when our niece was graduating from Culver Academy. This time we felt the hotel looked a little ‘tired and worn’. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and pressure, though. After looking at the breakfast choices, we drove to Amish Acres one morning (about 25 minutes away) and to Christo’s Family Restaurant (right next door) the next. All in all I’d rate our stay - OK but nothing special.

Great place to stay! I highly recommend this hotel. It is very clean and updated. Every member of the staff was friendly and polite. When I checked in, I asked for the bereavement rate because I was in town for a funeral. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave me an even lower rate. The funeral wasn’t going to be until 1:00pm the next day so I requested a late checkout since I had no where to hang out in the meantime. She quickly agreed to that. There were a few stains on the carpet in my room but everything else was very clean and adequately stocked. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave. The beds were very comfortable with four pillows on each bed. The only thing that was a little bothersome was the heater. It heated just fine, but every time it cycled off, the fan made a squeaky noise which made it a little hard to fall asleep. The breakfast was good and the attendant was nice and gave ample portions of whatever foods I asked for. I wasn’t allowed to serve myself because of covid precautions. She was behind a plexiglass divider and put the food in a styrofoam container. I did not go to the indoor pool, but I could see it and it looked clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
