Very disappointed The advertising for this hotel is not accurate. There was police presence when we arrived. We were given the incorrect room and it was not clean at all. Hair on the toilet seat, along with a horrible smell. Then we got to another room it was missing the like fixtures, the toilet seat was broken, the door handles were falling off. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana im just glad we didn't have our kids with us.

UNSANITARY- urine and feces in room Room was FILTHY. Urine on the bathroom floor, feces on the toilet seat, cheerios on the carpet, stains on the bedding. Front desk attendant was very rude, said no housekeeping would be there until the next morning and no other rooms were available. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he called someone on his cell phone who didn’t speak English and he said that person (apparently the supervisor) said there were no other rooms available and they would not issue a refund. We had to leave and drive to Kalamazoo. The room wasn’t just a little dirty, IT WAS UNSANITARY AND UNHEALTHY FOR MY FAMILY. Wyndham should be ashamed to put their name on this dump.

Looks better in pictures Desk clerk service was a bit trying. Had problems with the coffee maker and toilet seat that went unresolved. Was reminded if my coffee maker wasn’t working there was coffee 24 hours a day downstairs at the reception are which there was. The coffee was good all the same. Could not get a refund for checking out a day early because I had gone through a third party booking company.

Great event horrible lodging AVOID this facility. Although lodging in Three Rivers is limited I cannot with good conscience recommend this hotel. From the stale mothball/cigarette aroma of the lobby to the dated/worn out and malodorous hallways and guest rooms it was a disappointment at every turn with limited staff to address concerns. The staff were friendly and the in room refrigerator was larger than most there were no other redeeming qualities. The advertised “ free breakfast” is a joke with zero protein and stale options to pair with the burnt coffee.

Just bad First off, the place was very run down. The carpets were all worn and dirty. All the metal in the building (faucets, door frames, etc.) was tarnished and rusty. Our biggest complaint though is about the included breakfast. It was extremely disappointing. There was nothing in the refrigerator besides a gallon of milk. There was 1 waffle maker, bread to make toast, and cereal, that was it.... No meat, no eggs, no yogurt, no fruit. Nothing you'd normally expect from a hotel breakfast. We ended up having to go out for breakfast which made us late and added extra cost. I will never stay at a Super 8 again.
