Excellent stay! I had a very nice, relaxing stay at this hotel. The employees were outstanding with customer service. Joel was fantastic! Could use some updating but that is no fault of the staff. I felt safe and enjoyed my stay here. Planning to stay again soon!!!

Yikes! Never again. The GOOD: rooms are spacious. The BAD: my room smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I even sprayed some Lysol and it didn’t help. Bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. A/C unit was loud and interrupted my sleep. Fixtures are old and decaying. Cracked tiles in the bathroom and the towel rack in the tub had so much rust on it. Breakfast was basic with not a lot of options. So OVERALL: would NEVER stay here again.

Shut this place down Booked 3 night stay in double non smoking room. Walking into thr elevator you immediately smell weed. 3rd floor hallway also smelled of weed. The room was supposed to be non smoking and smelled of very strong cigarette smoke. Room had alot of issues. No smoke alarm just cables hanging out of the wall. Mold all over bathroom ceilings, rust in the bathtub and towel racks. Tiled floor busted up and partially held down with bathroom caulking. Remote had duct holding batteries in. My legs felt like they were being bit all night long and and after inspecting the bedding in the morning found brown flecks in the sheets. Small holes and marks all over the walls. Spoke with manager who switched rooms and apologized for the next day but couldn't refund any money. Room on 4th floor was better but the faucet wasn't secured and would lift up when using it. Dresser missing knobs. 1am some people came in drunk or high banging on doors and yelling and screaming. I did not feel safe staying here. DO NOT STAY. This place needs to be shut down and fixed.

Avoid Avoid Avoid Make a Uturn First and foremost let me say that the young lady at the customer service desk was very easy to speak to and she did her job very well so none of my displeasure was because of her by no means. I check in on the evening of February 7th to what I thought was a good place since it was close to Andrews and I had business there so it was coinvent. For starters I go into a very large room that looked kind of dated especially with all that space and no where to sit an extremely small TV, a broken shower with only a handle to use. The bed was extremely uncomfortable almost like it was a cheap old bed, and to top it all off I get in the shower in the morning to nothing but COLD water even after letting it run for an hour totally unacceptable!!!I carry on and I'm thinking to myself for the exact same price I cold have got to the Homewood or Residents Inn and got much better quality. I will be making sure that I put this hotel on all the Military and Veteran site as a no go. I will never stay in one of your properties again and I will definitely recommend that others do the same. I will now be putting this same experience on trip advisor to help folks stay away from this place asap.

false information I called the hotel before hand because i needed a room for a few days. I asked if they had a pet fee because i have a yorkie. They told me they dont accept animals, which i said ok, then upon me checking in i see a big dog behind the front desk. i asked the front desk i thought when i called, i was told you dont take animals. He stated w4e do not this is the mangers dog. i spoke with the manger and he stood there as if he didnt understand what i was saying then stated he had to bring his dog with him. If this is a NON ANIMAL hotel why was one of the mangers dog here and i couldnt briny my dog was clearly smaller than that big dog.
