I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!
Greg was amazing! Very encouraging and supportive. He was patient with me and showed me how to properly position my body during workouts and explained the importance of each exercise and its benefits. I highly recommend him!
