I Do a yoga routine at least three times a week with the Yoga collective since I can’t find any Yoga studios by me anymore. These yoga classes specially for your back actually helped me more than my chiropractor does. Also has so many other classes - aerobic and meditation you can do a different class every day. Highly recommend I’ve been using this app for years
Everyone I interacted with was friendly. The instructor did a good job explaining the different movements and offering modifications where needed. Looking forward to coming back for my 2nd/3rd class.
