I had a great experience! My friend and I wanted a relaxing activity and decided to try scalp cleaning for the first time. There was an accident on our way to the appointment, so we called to let them know we'd be late. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and received the full hour scalp cleaning along with a neck and shoulder massage. The products smelled wonderful, and the whole session was very relaxing. The staff were attentive, checking in about the pressure and water temperature throughout. Thank you!
Clean and nice ambiance. Did not get the hot stones as outlined in my groupon though. When I arrived in the room they told me that would be an add on cost. Massage therapist was good otherwise. Did not get a typical spa welcome and review/run down of the facility like most spas though. Some items in locker room are not labeled so i didn't know what was available for use. There's also no deodorant which is odd for a spa.

This was a wonderful experience for my group of 3 friends- we all had a positive experience they were all very knowledgeable and kind. We were very relaxed afterwards & ready for a nap.
