Fitness Classes in and near Coral Springs, FL

I would definitely recommend... The trainer Chris was fantastic, Cat the instructor in west boca was amazing! it was a very fun, energetic full workout. We had a group of 4 with different exercise levels and we all did the class; will be back again to try the array of other classes offered. Thank you for creating a very welcoming first visit.

Instructor was very engaging. Lots of fun!
