She is very attentive and customized my treatment to address areas that needed more attention while being tender on areas of pain. Temperatures music aroma and pressure are all customized. Amazon experience. The massage was the best ever. The facial was good. I wish she would have done extractions with her fingers instead of using a tool. It was less effective. I will be back for the massage. The use of the Lodge was such a plus.
This was my first time doing a lymphatic drainage massage, Karen explained the procedure each step along the way. The room, table and conversation were very pleasant. She knows her stuff. Highly recommended.
