I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled time, (given an appointment time that was less than an hour from when I called.) I was taken in immediately. The service was very fast. Everything was explained to me in detail. The staff were courteous and my car was clean when I got it back. No greasy door handle/steering wheel, etc.. Highly satisfied with the experience.
