Went March 18, and I must say I am overjoyed by the results. The attendant was very patient even though check in via Groupon was no fun. She took over and expedited the process eliminating any hiccups. Please make sure you do not eat 1-2 hours before the procedure. The procedure was explained and I was thoroughly satisfied. I have booked another session due to the fact that you need 6 treatments to reap the full benefits.

She walked me through the consultation and was very knowledgeable about the laser hair removal process, which made me feel confident and informed. Shannah did an amazing job during the treatment, she made sure I was comfortable and at ease the entire time. She is very friendly and professional. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I’m very happy with my first visit
Compared to dealer prices this was a bargain. The service was quick and efficient. It was close to closing time and the computer started acting up so that the paperwork was not able to be completed . My service tech(Isiaha D.) kept me informed of issue and was finally able to resolve it. Would definitely return.
