We are a small, independently owned gym located in the heart of Falls Church. Our program is predicated on two elements: Strength Training and Conditioning. Our Strength Training consists of multi-joint barbell exercises, while our Conditioning is executed using high-intensity circuit training.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We bring our passion and excitement to each and every session to help motivate and push our clients to achieve results that they may not think possible. We focus on helping produce positive results for our clients to keep them excited and motivated to continue to train hard.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our business was founded by two high school friends in 2011. Our mission when starting 5 Rings was to pass on our passion for training that our many coaches gave to us and hopefully positively impact peoples lives in the process.
What do you love most about your job?
We love what we do and are very lucky to be able to do it every day. Not everyone can say they love their job, but we can say we are living out our dream every day.
