I have learned so much in this course so far and have gained better knowledge of what Chakra Harmonic Alignment (C.H.A.) is and what the benefits are, for your mind, body, soul & and spirit Sound healing ties together with meditation, yoga, color therapy, aromatherapy and more to keep our natural state of mind balanced and in tune with our true selves. It helps with being present in the moment.

I love the bar method!! One of the best fitnesses classes in the area. The instructors are very helpful and are always there to adjust your posture for your best form. I will definitely come back
