Cortez was very efficient, reassuring, and explained the process thoroughly. Being my first time, I was a little nervous about the sensitivity of my teeth and having pain. No pain to report but I am now feeling a little sensitive. I'm glad I went with the lower strength, which Cortez recommended.

Everything was exactly as ordered and packed with care. Heads-up though: if you’re ordering around the holidays, definitely place your order early. UPS and FedEx can get backed up, and Fret! does their part fast, but the carriers sometimes lag. Still, I’ve been super impressed with their speed and reliability. Will totally order again!
