The two eventually joined forces to found Bikram Yoga East Valley, where they have been teaching yoga ever since. Their style of choice, Bikram yoga, challenges the body with a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. The instructors move though this demanding sequence inside a heated studio that keeps muscles warm to avert injuries and flush out toxins. Despite Bikram yoga's difficult nature, students of all skill levels can take the same classes concurrently. Many students see evidence of their workouts in stronger muscles, greater mental clarity, and strange droplets of water-like stuff coming from their pores.
