Crosstown fitness (Roscoe) has been a turning point for my fitness. Having done next to nothing prior I was astonished how constant my improvements were. Not fast, there are no short cuts, but steady. The coaches are superb as well, there is someone for every type of gym goer. I like especially that they care to amend posture and technique during class, so you won’t injure yourself or miss out on the intended effect. I joined!

I am having left hip pain and once Zack assessed me, he knew exactly what the issue was. After just 1 personal training session, I feel better. I'm looking forward to working with him to strengthen my left side and making my body stronger overall in the next few weeks.
