I Do a yoga routine at least three times a week with the Yoga collective since I can’t find any Yoga studios by me anymore. These yoga classes specially for your back actually helped me more than my chiropractor does. Also has so many other classes - aerobic and meditation you can do a different class every day. Highly recommend I’ve been using this app for years
Amazing studio, love the variety of classes and workouts. Instructors are clearly experts in the practice and do everything to make sure you get the most out of your class. :)
