Highly recommend this to anyone in any leve of shape. Eddie has been a great coach, mentor and motivator. I joined with the goal of getting into shape, but Eddie can tailor a program specific to your goals. This is not your routine gym where you check in and do your workout and leave. Eddie will check in on you, your progress as well as your training to make sure you are on track with your goals.
