Friendly staff, good photographer, easy to redeem Groupon. No high pressure sales pitch, but we did end up purchasing more because they pictures were good! ($11.99 for 8×10s)

My family had a wonderful time getting our photographs taken through JC Penney Portraits. The photographer Elena was very professional and worked well with my 9 year old. We were able to get some great pictures to use in our holiday cards. The sales people were friendly, helpful and not pushy at all.
