This was my first visit for laser hair removal (I'm a man). Chest and ears. I went to the Los Gatos location. I cannot report on results as it was my first session and it will take months to know the final results. I gave it three stars because the system would not let me leave a review without a star rating. (I expect I will have to update to 5 stars when the final results are done). I have had laser hair removal from my physician decades ago and the results were excellent and permanent. I expect the same from SEV. However, the staff are super friendly and accommodating. The facility is new, modern, clean, bright, welcoming. Very impressed. The treatment itself was as expected. The technician was pleasant and very efficient. Treatment was quick and very little sting from the laser pulses. I would highly recommend this provider. One more thing, when I was in the lobby making my follow up appointment, there were many ladies waiting to check in or make appointments. Seems very popular and a good sign.
