Excellent service! I took a chance buying this last minute to take advantage of two expiring promos. Next day I called and got all my questions answered and a quote for the additional fees - where the ambiguity of fine print can turn a deal to duped. I was able to walk in that same day and get the rear brakes replaced on my pickup truck in under an hour and for under $100! This includes the voucher, shop fees & taxes- a tremendous value compared to others I shopped. Service and quality were not compromised- an experience that earns this five star review. Only issue was the taxes being assessed on the pre discount total, which is not how it should be done in TX, but this is likely a common issue not understood by many merchants and ignored by Groupon. But I did not mention what amounted to a few bucks and it’s really not worth jumping over dollars to chase pennies. I’d recommend this merchant to anyone looking for a local shop that understands how to deliver the friendly, efficient, no frills, transparent, high quality, low cost, targeted value that every Groupon Voucher should aim to be.
There will be an additional 10-15$ fee if you're using a groupon to buy an oil change. Still a good deal and super fast. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!
I visited them before in 2016 to tint all my windows on my Chrysler. It was a great experience then and even now. I only got my 2 front windows done. Reps were friendly and service was super fast and the quality is there. Smart of them to offer a lifetime warranty knowing their work will not likely need to be redone and i love that for them!
