Great gym. My trainer Vinny is amazing has helped me complete two marathons and about to complete my 4th.

Kay is very informative before starting, she explains everything throughly. Place is clean..parking was available and I would definitely recommend

Marina is GREAT! I was running behind and she still took me in with the friendliest demeanor! Walked through all the steps and took time to discuss more treatments that I was interested in. Marina is VERY skilled and knows what she’s doing and very thorough!! I would rate higher than a 5 star ⭐️ if I could. HIGHLY recommended!! Looking forward to future appointments with her expertise!!

I did go for the first time ever seeing a chiropractor. I was scared at first, but then felt relaxed. The place is so nice, cozy, and relaxing. Dr. Stekel listened attentively to my concerns, making me feel confident. After the adjustment I felt totally renewed. I needed to go back for my second adjustment, but definitely will be back.
