What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
i work with individuals to get to the "root" of their eating and body concerns rather than just use the same old approach of eating less and exercising more and obsessing over a number on a scale.
I help clients "re-image" themselves to create a sustainable relationship with food and self.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have worked in the healthcare field of Obesity treatment and weight management for 14 years.
I wanted to take my passion and skills of helping others to go deeper and get to the root of why people binge eat, overeat and chronically diet to help them pave a new path of sustainable health.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working one on one with clients, getting to know them, and making a lasting mark on their lives through behavior modification, self awareness and mindfulness.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
"Jenny made me feel safe to really look at my feelings around food, weight, and body image.
She helped me learn how to find joy in food again. The greatest thing she did for me was to help me form a healthy emotional relationship with food and my body" Leah from New York
