Great service, came on the later side but got out all the stains in our rug! I saw in other reviews before I purchased, so want to point out to other people should that there’s an extra fee for wool rugs. Even with the extra fee I felt like this desk was worth it!

I purchased another one recently and initially there was miscommunication with the service technician regarding the Groupon. However a gentleman named Mario honored my purchase and the company did another great job.
