The owner was very prompt for the appointment and very accommodating. This is my 2nd time getting my carpets cleaned the prices are well worth it. The owner personally cleaned my 4 carpets and took the time to explain to me what to expect in the next coming weeks based upon the 2 treatment methods used. Over a period of 3-4 weeks after vacuuming the carpets will get lighter. I highly recommend.
