Great class!! All the trainers are super energetic and push you to your limits (in a great way)! The classes are always fun and you never have to worry about doing the same repetitive exercises.

Started my personal training classes with Alex. Needed a bit of a jump start and to shake things up a bit from my regular workouts. I like the one on one environment. For now the training has been great, challenging enough for me, which is what I needed, to push myself a bit. He is easy to speak to as well. Enjoying the classes.
