My Office 2024 Home & Business and 2024 Pro Plus purchase did not install properly the first time & after it stopped working, I contacted the Groupon & I was given detailed instructions on how to uninstall it and reinstall it so it works properly. Great quality of cards. I use them for Christmas and Graduation cards and have always been happy. I had an issue last year with my Christmas cards and the customer service was above and beyond!!

Being somewhat technically challenged, I did have some minor problems getting set up (user errors) but their response time when asking for help was amazingly quick and helpful. I was able to get set up quickly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to save money on Microsoft software.
