She's incredibly accommodating. Explained everything she was doing and checked how my skin was feeling during the peel. Went over care for my skin following the peel. Excellent experience! You do need to let her know when you're at the door so she can buzz you in. Don't be like me and stand there accidentally calling the eye office🤦♀️
Shawna was amazing. She spoke to me for awhile prior to the session and answered all questions I had to make me very comfortable. The session went way overtime, as we had a pleasant conversation before and after. Shawna is very professional and easy to work with. I'm strongly considering doing future sessions with her and will recommend to anyone interested.
