-Paul meets you where you're at. He differentiates training for each person, a new person's ability level and understanding is very different from those of an experienced athlete and he recognizes that.
-He's a goof. He's funny, positive, and kind.
-He focuses on good form, not just reps or weight. No one ever critiqued my squats before and now I am finally doing them correctly!
-He emphasizes consistency and kindness to yourself.
-He builds relationships with his peeps. He cares about the people in his classes.
-I come from an all-women gym and I am getting much more tailored of an experience for myself as a female (and as a human) than I was in that environment.
Most importantly to me, I look forward to attending Paul's classes. I have no trouble waking up at 5am now. After a long day of work I think "tomorrow morning is Bootcamp!"
