The owner, Francis, is friendly and professional. He quickly explained the steps involved, which was helpful. The best part was the speed: I was literally in and out in less than 15 minutes. It’s hard to beat that kind of efficiency.
Price-wise, I think he is the most economical option in the area. Francis is also easy to deal with and very responsive on the phone and text if you have questions.
Just a heads up: you need to take an appointment before going. I don't believe he accepts walk-ins.
