To have gotten the whole package was rather high. However getting the dryer duck done was good. It is unfair to expect a person to pay $388 to have the exchange and duck work finished. I have a long opening for the dryer so I expected it to be more. I think that it is misleading to present it as $49 for everything. Serviceman was professional and thorough.
