We are the only HIIT gym in the area and one of four other gyms in California that use H7 heart rate monitors to ensure maximum effort and safe training with our clients.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Each client must try to hit 100% of their max heart when in training. They can see a live feed of their heart rate on our TV screens. A P.T will push and insure proper form throughout the entire session. Keeping everyone motivated and safe at every session.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
At 31 yrs of age, 300 lbs.,, and after 2 yrs at a big box gym and only able to drop 40 lbs., I was introduced to HIIT. My life changed with it and so can yours. I lost 60lbs. in the following 4 months. I decided to share this with everyone who also wants to but is stuck.
What do you love most about your job?
We love helping people who are stuck and want to lose more, in a great fitness environment. We enjoy being the tools people need to transform their life.
