Fitness Classes in Falcon, Tomball, TX

First time and I loved the class!

So much fun. I really enjoyed it and it was also a challenge.

A most excellent resource with a broad range of classes in a variety of settings and areas of focus.

Spenga is great , classes schedule very suitable, different exercises, great environment.

Monica was fantastic! I learned so much and definitely felt like I was getting a great yet fun workout!

It was a great experience and so much fun. I was nervous in the beginning because I don't know how to dance, but he is a great teacher and quickly put everyone at ease. We learned quite a bit of steps on the first day, including spinning and turning. Honestly it was so much fun I can't wait to go again next week.
