Staff is knowledgeable, and the instructor takes their time with everyone, they walk around and check your form make sure your doing it correctly, also if they see you slacking they go up to you and motivate you to go harder
Staff at the Midtown location are very friendly and professional. Carolina was extremely helpful and patient when I encountered a payment issue. Great cardio workout with high energy music- I def recommend!
