i absolutely love this place for me and my son! everyone is welcoming its like a family soon as you join. me and my son learned alot in our first class that made me keep coming back.
It was such a delight to be in a calm and welcoming place. The hearing of the sound bowls and music..getting an education on how beneficial the salt therapy was an experience like no other. I cant wait to go next month. I need this in my life when things are stressful.
So happy to be a part of the CHOES family. They are very intentional with the kids and their discipline. They have smaller kids classes, elementary and tween age class, and adults. They also have classes like meditation and kick boxing. Give them something tey!!
