One Private Dance Class and Two Group Practice Classes for One Couple
Absolutely spectacular for a first time and a date night. Made it extremely easy to understand and guided us enough to go home and practice! Personally I’m not much of a dancer and I now I know my role and my date’s role. It’s all easy if you just know how!

I really enjoyed this hot yoga class. The overall vibe was calming and restorative, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, the heat definitely adds an extra layer of intensity. It becomes physically demanding in a way that regular yoga isn’t.

The staff at the front desk are always very nice and very helpful. The instructors are awesome. Because of the times my daughter and I can go together, we choose classes with Travis and Victoria. They are fantastic. I was not sure that I would like a cycling class, but they have made it fun and exciting to attend. They are engaging and give a great workout! They have exceeded my expectations. The exude nothing but positive energy, which is really refreshing. Now, just to let you know I am in my upper 60's, and for a "seasoned adult" to say he loves working out with them that counts for something!
