My car still dirty and actually smell funny. Also they actually has alimited time only when you can make appointment for your groupon purchase, it can be very inconvenient and makes me wonder if the low quality was the result of using the groupon (instead of the regular price) I find the result underwhelming

Car is still dirty. Is not waxed. Windows are dirty. Seats have sand in them. Water marks on window. This is probably the worst detail job I've ever seen. Waste of money

You get what you pay for. The detailing isn't very thorough. My car wasn't very dirty to begin with, and while I left with a cleaner car, I think my car was just vacuumed on the inside and polished with a regular polisher rather than wax. There were still many spots left on the exterior of the car, as well as dark marks inside my car.
