The customer service support makes the process much easier to complete. It was my own error that made the initial problem.... after contacting the representative - who responded almost immediately and walked me through the corrective actions - I was good! The key is definitely legitimate but you must follow the instructions thoroughly. The customer support is there if you do have any issues and definitely worth reaching out to.
