I Do a yoga routine at least three times a week with the Yoga collective since I can’t find any Yoga studios by me anymore. These yoga classes specially for your back actually helped me more than my chiropractor does. Also has so many other classes - aerobic and meditation you can do a different class every day. Highly recommend I’ve been using this app for years
I absolutely love the Stillneas Over Stress class. It's become a part of my Sunday routine. Bianca is a wonderfully calming and thoughtful teacher. So glad that I found this wonderful yoga community.
