The four-week program uses a progressively challenging collection of exercises to train students for an upcoming mud run or obstacle-course race or condition non-racing participants. A sample class might include functional movements, parkour, and sprints followed by Vinyasa yoga and static stretching. Backyard Beefcake fitness offers unlimited training for the duration of the boot-camp, with 10 sessions per week.
